1.  Do I need to take an assessment?

Steven Covey has been quoted as saying- "Within 5 years everyone will be required to have a 360-Degree review. "

Most companies are now requiring reviews as part of their hiring process.

Would it benefit you to take the lead, assess your skills, interest and personality type to take the lead regarding your career?  Ask your friends if they have taken an assessment.

2.  What will I learn?

Depending on which assessment you take you will discover:  your personality type, your true interest, your leadership traits, etc.

3.  How will it benefit me?

Knowing your skills, interests, leadership tendencies you will be equipped to maximize your strengths and work on your weaknesses.

4.  How long will it take?

Most can be taken in under 30 minutes.  The 360-Degree Review is more of a process and will take longer.

5.  What happens after I buy it?

You will receive an e-mail with a password and web link to take the test.

After you complete the assessment the results will be tabulated and reviewed by one of our experts.

A time will be scheduled with you to review the results.

6.  Who will review the results with me?

A certified expert in assessment administration with years of experience.

7.  Why should companies use assessments?

Assessments benefit companies in many ways- employee retention (you know them better therefore can provide better leadership), will increase leadership and team effectiveness (everyone will know better how to deal with their associates), you can better define the specific training needs of each employee, and you will be in a better position to maximize every facet of your human capital.

8.  How can I use an assessment to improve?

By identifying personality traits, strengths and weaknesses we are better equipment to focus on specific areas to improve.  Also, by identifying true interests we can purse areas that we truly love-which usually means greater success.

9.  Should I take more than one assessment ?

That depends on your goals.  For example, a 360- Degree review coupled with a Firo-B assessment is appropriate if you are a senior level executive.
