More details about the course:

  1. Class Format- Two, 90 minute live webinar training sessions each week. Each session consists of 45 minutes of training, 15 minutes for the Student SpotlightTM (where we focus solely on student questions/needs) and up to 30 minutes of time to address the most pressing issues as a group. We will tackle subjects that are most important to you. Also included are audio and video recordings of every class so that you can watch and listen again or catch a class that you miss. You are not required to take classes live. You may complete the program on your own schedule.
  2. MasterMind TrainingTM - You may have heard about our MasterMind Coaching Process which has undergone years of development and refinement. This is the cornerstone of the CMEC program. This process is now used by hundreds of professionals in 29 countries around the world. We will train you in every detail of the entire process.  This includes access to all of the assessments we use along with every form and written tool that you will need to implement the process. These proprietary materials and assessments alone are worth more than most courses by themselves. You will become a member of an elite group that is certified in this world class process.
  3. The Executive Coaching University Training CenterTM(ECUTC). This is our cutting edge virtual training center where you can access all the class recordings, complete your homework, download workbooks, and listen to mp3 recordings. If you can’t attend the live classes, you can still take the class. You can access everything that you need in the ECUTC, taking the class virtually, on your schedule.

Step 1: Overview of MasterMind Coaching ProcessTM
Why Coaching is important and its role in organizations. The role of assessments, such as, the Executive Coaching University Values Assessment
TM, Coaching Report for Leaders and 360 degree assessments.

Step 2: Values Identification- Business and Personal Values TestsTM
Outcome- compare and contrast differences between the two Values Tests
. Develop plan to rectify disconnections.

Step 3: Time audit
Outcome- Quantify where time is spent and then cross reference with personal values. Test for disconnections and put plan in place to implement needed changes.

Step 4: Personal and Business SWOTs- Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats

Outcome- Identify personal and business characteristics, honing in on gaps that affect performance.

Step 5: Mission Creation
Outcome- Definition of personal/business Mission.

Step 6: Develop Priorities; Establish Goals/Rebuild Calendar
Outcome- Clearly defines priorities based upon Values and Mission.

Step 7: Create Executive Dashboard™
Outcome- Creation of tracking document for personal and business initiatives based upon Values and Mission.

Step 8: Accountability Plan, Day Review/Priorities Test
Outcome- Accountability of personal initiatives documented in the Executive Dashboard.

Step 9: Sustainability- Build the Support Systems

Outcome- Identify and enlist others to help with the changes needed.

Step 10: Spread the Concept

Outcome- Create plan for sustainability of Mission and related initiatives.

After you successfully complete this program (you will be personally evaluated and coached every step of the way) you will be awarded the designation of Certified MasterMind Executive CoachTM through the Executive Coaching University. You will be joining a devoted, vibrant, and elite group of professionals from around the world.
